Working with some of the biggest companies in catering, spending a decade in the independent sector, Matt knew he wanted to do things differently. In 2019, he joined Impact Food Group to launch IFG Independent, now known as Chapter One and has continued to ensure that we deliver on our promises today.

Sally Barron

Starting her career in hotel restaurants and independent school catering, Sally then advanced into recruitment management within the contract catering sector. In 2019, Sally joined in launching Chapter One and continues to work closely with our teams to grow and develop the business.

With 25 years of experience across a number of various sectors, Rob trained under the Guidance of Craft Guild of chef Sidney Bond and within many prestigious hotel chains, while immersing himself in Japan’s food culture. He then enjoyed a 10-year corporate career, earning numerous awards, starting with his first at 17.
